Delete your City Hopper account

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to sarobitech@gmail.com.
2. Send it from the email address of the Google account you used to sign in to City Hopper, so we can find your account.
3. Use the subject “Delete my City Hopper account”.
4. We may reply to confirm the request came from you. We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What we delete

• Your City Hopper account in Firebase Authentication (your user ID and the name, email address and profile picture link from your Google account).
• Your saved game in Cloud Firestore: levels unlocked and completed, best scores and coins per level, coin balance, shop items owned and the time you last played.
• The notification tokens saved for your devices.
• Analytics data linked to your user ID: we ask Google Analytics for Firebase to delete it.

Deletion is permanent. Your coins, items and progress cannot be recovered afterwards.

What is kept, and for how long

• We do not keep any of your account data after deletion, unless the law requires us to.
• Google removes deleted account data from its backup systems within 180 days, and keeps sign-in IP address logs for a few weeks.
• Crash reports are deleted automatically after 90 days.
• Analytics data not linked to your user ID is deleted automatically after no more than 14 months.
• Data held by Google AdMob about ads is handled under the Google Privacy Policy; you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

If you never signed in

We do not have an account for you. Your game data exists only on your device. To delete it, uninstall City Hopper, or go to Android Settings → Apps → City Hopper → Storage → Clear data.
